Options

There are two options from which to choose for property management. We can also cater the services with you as well.

 

Option 1

We will list and market the property for rent and include photos.  The cost is 1 month’s rent.  (25% of that goes to the renter’s agent).  We will also run credit and background checks, verify income, and contact previous landlords.  The renter will make payments directly to you and once it is rented, we are out of the picture until you want to rent it again.

 

Option 2

We will list and market the property for rent and include photos.  The cost is 1 month’s rent.  (25% of that goes to the renter’s agent).  We will also run credit and background checks, verify income, and contact previous landlords.  The renter will pay Bruck Realty and we will in turn pay you.  The fee for this option is 10% of the monthly rent.  In addition, we will take care of minor repairs on the property, provide air filters for the HVAC system, do inspections (if desired), and be point of contact.  If something over $100 is required for a repair, for instance, we will contact you about it.  We will also let you know any other repairs.  If you want us to pay the HOA each month, then we can do that as well.
